October 19, 2008 - Chopin Singing Society’s 109th
Annual Concert
3 p.m. at the Montante Center, on Main Street next to Canisius
College. the Chorus will present a concert version
of Moniuszko’s opera, “Flis,” with soloists and
orchestra. Admission is $10. Following the concert,
a dinner-dance will follow at New Beginnings, 38
Crocker Street, Sloan. Admission is $20. For

Hello, and welcome to the Chopin Singing Society
located in the Town of Cheektowaga, Erie
County. Organized in 1899, the Chopin singers have
been featured on radio and television, and appear
regularly with local orchestras. They have won
international recognition as a premier mixed voice
chorus.

The Chopin Choir rehearses each Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at
the Leonard Post, 2450 Walden Avenue.,
Cheektowaga, NY.
Singers in all voice ranges are cordially invited.
