Hello, and welcome to the Chopin Singing Society
located in the Town of Cheektowaga, Erie
County. Organized in 1899, the Chopin singers have
been featured on radio and television, and appear
regularly with local orchestras. They have won
international recognition as a premier mixed voice
chorus. This year marks the Society's 110th Anniversary. It was founded in 1899. For many years, the Society was a men's choral group. In the 1970's it became a mixed chorus group which numbered 50 members.
The Chopin Choir rehearses each Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Leonard Post, 2450 Walden Avenue., Cheektowaga, NY.
